The Services are intended for users aged 17 and older. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 17 years old.
2) The Services
Welea helps you build better mornings and habits by enabling features such as:
- Recording wake-up times and tracking habits
- Viewing habit trend charts and progress
- Setting goals and writing brief morning notes
- Earning badges, streaks, and achievement records
We may add, remove, or modify features to improve the Services.
3) Accounts
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4) User Content
“User Content” includes information you submit through the Services, such as notes and support messages.
- You retain ownership of your User Content.
- You grant Welea Team a limited license to host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content only as necessary to provide and operate the Services.
5) Optional content processing features
If the Services offer optional features that process text or images you submit, you control whether you use them. Use of such features may require uploading your content for processing.
6) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by law
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or their security
- Upload malware or malicious code
7) Intellectual property
The Services (excluding User Content) are owned by Welea Team and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by these Terms.
8) Third-party platforms
The App may be distributed through third-party platforms (such as Apple’s App Store). Your use may also be subject to the platform’s terms and policies.
9) Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Welea Team disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Welea Team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from or related to the Services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Welea Team from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
12) Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the Services, users, or Welea Team.
13) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the Effective Date and, where appropriate, provide notice within the Services. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
14) Governing law; dispute resolution; arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of Welea Team’s principal place of business. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief for misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized access. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
